We aim to make your experience at Swaby's Dental Practice as pleasurable as possible.
Good communication with our patients is very important to us - With this we ensure that our staff take the time to explain proposed treatment, associated risks or available alternative treatments.
We will always make time for any questions you may have in regards to the treatment or any other aspects of our care and services.
With this in mind, we offer an informal, confidential in-house procedure to handle any problems or concerns you may have.

RULES & REGULATIONS
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Missing appointments wastes time and resources which are needed for other patients. Our practice policy is that if, on more than one occasion, patients cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend an appointment, then we will no longer be able to offer NHS treatment.
If you are a new patient and miss your first appointment then you will be put back on the waiting list.
We will of course take any special circumstances into account.
CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
At Swaby's Dental Practice we take confidentiality extremely seriously - All personal information is treated in the strictest confidence.
Only members of staff have access to patient information.
No information will ever be shared with a 3rd party without your expressed permission.
All adult patients are kindly requested to contact the practice themselves if arranging or cancelling appointments.
